Olympic Dumbbell Handles with Bushings - Pair of 2® Olympic Dumbbell
 
Unlike basic metal on metal dumbbell handles, the Olympic Dumbbell handles feature bushings on the sleeves for a smooth rotation not available on most other dumbbell handles.
 
Handles are effectively a shortened Olympic Barbell enabling a lifter to load the barbell in the same way but in a dumbbell form factor. This concept is exceptionally important in home gyms or gyms where space is scarce and a variety of dumbbell weights are needed but the room and cost of an entire rack is not justified.
 
We recommend ordering with iron plates rather than bumper plates. This product includes 2 pairs (4x) spring collars - as seen in photo (but does not include weight plates).
 
This dumbbell handle features a new design which makes it more similar to barbells with bronze bushings and a fixed end bolt, rather than a bolt that rotates to tighten, which may come off with time. This design ensures our dumbbell handles can last longer compared to our older version.
